The provider research service is being prepared. New requests and purchases are currently unavailable. The providers below support the website, existing accounts, and previously enabled services where needed; listing them does not establish a repair-provider network or a live research connection.
This update applies prospectively. Previously accepted terms and purchase receipts continue to govern existing agreements and their rights. This page does not replace those agreements, change a completed purchase, or remove support, privacy, refund, cancellation, receipt, or retained-record access rights.

No provider is added by this notice. Previously enabled customer-selected providers remain subject to their own terms and the customer's existing choices. A future research service will disclose additional recipients before sending customer information to them.
We require providers to protect data and use it for contracted purposes, subject to law. Data may be processed where these providers operate, with applicable safeguards. Material changes receive notice when required. Questions: [email protected].
