MING ZHANG (“we”) provides this website and maintains existing customer accounts. The provider research service is being prepared; new requests and purchases are currently unavailable. This update applies prospectively. Previously accepted terms and purchase receipts continue to govern existing agreements and their rights. This page does not replace those agreements, change a completed purchase, or remove support, privacy, refund, cancellation, receipt, or retained-record access rights.

Data and purposes

• Account and transaction records: account identifiers, verification state, accepted-document versions and hashes, entitlement records, receipts, and limited security events support account access, billing, existing agreements, fraud prevention, and legal recordkeeping.
• Previously submitted records: requests, uploaded files, research or repair records, and exports retained from existing services remain subject to their applicable terms and privacy rights. A change in the proposed service does not authorize reuse for a new purpose.
• Support and technical information: messages you send, timestamps, error codes, and limited network/security metadata help us respond, secure the service, and address privacy or billing matters. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
• Existing AI-service data: request content needed for an enabled service and model/usage metadata may be processed by its disclosed provider. Existing local data and customer-selected provider modes continue under their accepted terms. This notice does not promise those features in the planned research service.

Any future collection for provider research will be explained before collection, including its purpose and recipients. We do not sell personal information and do not use sensitive task content for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Storage and retention

Existing billing and tax records are retained for 7 years. Hosted AI inference request content follows the existing 30-day retention statement unless a shorter provider rule or legal hold applies. Durable customer records have separate retention and export rights under previously accepted terms; suspending new requests does not itself delete them. Local history remains until you delete it or remove the local data. Backups age out under 35 days. We may retain minimal records when law, an unresolved transaction or dispute, or legitimate fraud prevention requires them.

We use safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No security control eliminates every risk. Protect your account, devices, recovery methods, and exported files.

Sharing

Information is shared with disclosed providers only as needed for the service, existing payments, authentication, support, security, or legal duties; when you direct a lawful disclosure; or with a successor subject to applicable notice and law. See the provider list. This notice does not authorize sending your details to a repair provider.

Your choices and rights

Contact us for access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy. Existing cancellation, key removal, local export, and retained-record access remain available under accepted terms and applicable law. We verify requests proportionately, respond within applicable deadlines, and do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.

Where applicable, California privacy rights include knowing the categories, sources, purposes, recipients, and specific pieces of personal information; correction; deletion subject to lawful exceptions; opting out of sale or sharing; and limiting certain uses of sensitive information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may contact us directly or through an authorized representative with legally sufficient authority. Nothing in this notice waives a mandatory privacy right.

Children, changes, and contact

The service is for adults and is not directed to children. Data may be processed where disclosed providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards. Material changes receive notice and renewed consent when required. Previously accepted terms and privacy commitments are not silently replaced.
