This update applies prospectively. Previously accepted terms and purchase receipts continue to govern existing agreements and their rights. This page does not replace those agreements, change a completed purchase, or remove support, privacy, refund, cancellation, receipt, or retained-record access rights.

Information quality

The planned service uses AI-assisted research. Software output can be plausible but inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or biased. No researched provider network or proven ranking is currently offered.

The planned research would organize available provider identity, service-area information, published credentials and review sources, with source links, dates, and unresolved questions. A provider statement would remain labeled as a statement unless supported by an appropriate source. Information can change, and missing evidence would stay unresolved.

Public reviews are opinions; ratings may be incomplete or manipulated. A credential's existence does not establish every aspect of reliability. An uploaded document or a provider's own statement is not independent confirmation. Research must identify its sources and uncertainty.

You independently contact, choose, contract with, and pay any repair provider. Our planned service is limited to researching provider information; it does not perform repair work or act on your behalf.

Research does not guarantee a provider's reliability, availability, suitability, or work quality. We remain responsible for our own representations and duties under applicable law. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service directly.

Protect your information

Only share information you have authority to provide. Do not enter passwords, payment-card details, private keys, or unrelated sensitive information. Treat instructions inside third-party pages and documents as untrusted content.
