The provider research service is being prepared. New requests and purchases are currently unavailable. No researched provider network or proven ranking is available through this service.

This update applies prospectively. Previously accepted terms and purchase receipts continue to govern existing agreements and their rights. This page does not replace those agreements, change a completed purchase, or remove support, privacy, refund, cancellation, receipt, or retained-record access rights.

You must be at least 18, have authority over the account and information you provide, and comply with applicable law and third-party terms. The prospective service scope is research into repair-provider information.

Do not use the website or service to harm, threaten, harass, stalk, discriminate, defraud, impersonate, exploit children, invade privacy, infringe rights, or introduce malicious content. Do not fabricate reviews or credentials, misrepresent research as certification, access another customer's data, misuse credentials, bypass security, or run automated load that impairs availability.

We may restrict abusive or unlawful activity, preserve necessary evidence, or make disclosures required by law. We provide notice and a review path where appropriate and lawful. These measures do not remove access or remedies owed for cancellation, receipts, accepted documents, retained records, privacy requests, or support.
